Pump characteristic

1.W type vortex pump is used to transport the non-corrosive and corrosive liquids without solid particles and the liquids temperature is from 20 Degree Celsiusto 80 Degree Celsius, the liquids viscosity is not greater than 5.E.

Capacity range:0.36m3/h to 16.9m3/h

Head range:15m to 132m

2.W type vortex pump is for single stage cantilever vortex pump and  has 10 models  such as 20W-20,25W-25,32W-30,40W-10,50W-45,50W-45,65W-50,20W-65,25W-70,32W-72,40W-90.

3.The material for the parts which contact with liquids can be HT20-40 (Code:H), aluminum cast iron (Code: J), 1Cr18Ni9Ti(code:B) and Cr18Ni12M02Ti (code:M)

4.The sealing type for W type vortex pump has soft packing seal and single end mechanical seal. In addition to WB and WM pump with a single end mechanical seal pump, factory shall install soft packing seal into cast iron vortex pump. If the user needs other types of shaft seals ,please explain it at the time of ordering pump.

5.The rotation direction of w-type vortex pump: it rotates counterclockwise from the pump to the motor

Pump structure:

1. The main parts of W type vortex pump (wind structure) are 1, pump body 2, pump cover 3, impeller 4, bracket joint 5, claw type elastic coupling 6, packing gland or single end face sealing end cover 7, single end face sealing parts (for WM pump).W type vortex pump and motor are fit together on the pump base. Pump inlet and outlet direction is oblique upward, after bending into vertical upward.

2. Impeller on the shaft is free to move in the axial direction, to ensure that the impeller and pump body, pump cover between the two sides of the same axial clearance. Allow paper pads to adjust clearance. But the paper pad must be placed in the pump cover outlet of the asbestos pad outside.
